Vivo’s flagship X50 series brings a professional mobile photography experience to users

Will the X50 series pave the way for future mobile videography

The Vivo X50 and X50 Pro have officially released in the UAE. They showcase Vivo’s commitment to user-centric designs and innovation. Both flagship smartphones feature professional-grade camera technologies that revolutionize mobile photography. With cutting-edge stabilization, night mode, zoom and portrait technologies, the duo of flagships enable you to take stable and high-quality photos and videos.

Redefining mobile photography

To reduce shaking, the main 48MP camera on the X50 Pro features an industry-leading Gimbal Camera System. This allows for clear photos and videos while in motion even at night. It is modeled after a full-size professional gimbal and provides increased stability. Users will be able to benefit from a Gimbal Radar on-screen reflecting the gimbal’s movement and letting them know when the frame is stable.

Building on the main 48MP sensor, the X50 Pro has a versatile camera setup with three other rear units including an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, a 13MP portrait lens and an 8MP telephoto lens with 5x optical and 60x digital zoom. For selfies, you get a 32MP sensor on the front. On the X50, you are looking at a main 48MP camera with OIS alongside a 13MP portrait sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP macro sensor. Hardware differences aside, you will still be able to enjoy a common suite of software features on both the X50 and X50 Pro such as astro-photography and night modes.

Sleek performance and design

Aside from its professional photography capabilities, the X50 series delivers flagship performance. It supports 5G connectivity for super fast speeds and low latency. Furthermore, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor for fast computing and smooth multitasking.

With the 90Hz front panel and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, you get flagship-like performance

On the front, you also find a 90Hz 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel with HDR 10+ support. On the X50 Pro, it is curved whereas on the X50, it is a flat panel. But with both displays being flexible in nature, they are not only more durable than traditional screens but also slimmer making the X50 one of the slimmest 5G smartphones available. Both smartphones equip 3.5mm headphone jacks and come with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. They also feature Vivo’s 33W FlashCharge 2.0 for the 4,315mAh and 4,200mAh battery found on the X50 Pro and X50 respectively.

Ultimate audio with Vivo TWS Earphone Neo

To complement its flagship X50 series, the TWS Earphone Neo offers a high-quality audio experience with a customized 14.2mm moving-coil unit. This delivers a more powerful and full-bodied sound to enhance audio details. The TWS earphones also feature AI noise cancelation for clearer phone calls and are powered by Qualcomm’s 4th generation TWS platform. This offers low latency, high precision and a stable listening experience with the latest Bluetooth 5.2 for a maximum listening range of 10m.
