Realme, the fastest growing smartphone brand in the world will unveil its new Realme 6 and 6i series in the UAE soon.
Realme 6
The Realme 6 features quad-camera setup made up of a 64MP main lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a B&W portrait lens and a 2MP macro lens. You find a 90Hz 6.5-inch IPS LCD 1,080 x 2,400 pixel 20:9 panel on it with a punch-hole. Embedded in this punch-hole is the 16MP front camera for impressive selfies. Running the phone is MediaTek’s Helio G90T octa-core processor clocked at 2.05GHz with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. The latter can be expanded via micro-SD. The processing power runs Realme UI based on Android 10. As for battery, you find a 4,300mAh cell on the smartphone with support for 30W Flash Charge.
Realme 6i
As for the Realme 6i, you still get a quad-camera setup with a 48MP main sensor accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro lens and 2MP depth sensor. But up front, you will find a 6.5-inch 1,600 x 720 IPS LCD display with a water-drop notch.

Inside, it runs on MediaTek’s Helio G80 chipset coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. And as for battery, you will get a 5,000mAh cell with 18W charging support.
Availability and pricing
Currently, the Realme 6 retails for INR12,999 (Dh644.39) in India while the Realme 6i has just been announced in Myanmar, with a starting retail price of KS249,990 (Dh650.83). So far, we are yet to see how Realme prices its latest mid-range smartphone series and when they will be available in the UAE.
