We’re all set to officially see the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on August 9 in New York, but as is now tradition leaks just want to ruin the official launch. This latest leak shows the real device apparently being unboxed.
Samsung Note 9: Specs
The video is uploaded by MySmartPrice, and shows the following specs on the back of the box:
- QHD+ Super AMOLED 6.3-inch display
- 6GB of RAM
- 64GB storage
- Rear camera: 12MP dual camera
- Front camera: 8MP sensor
- Iris scanner
- IP68 water and dust resistance
- Wireless charging
- AKG-tuned headphones
There’s no mention of the processor, but we know that the US market will get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processors and most other regions will see the Exynos 9810.
Design-wise, the Note 9 looks just as expected, which is a minor upgrade to the Note 8. The fingerprint sensor seems to be in a relatively better position too.
But as mentioned by PocketNow, the sticker on the front of the device doesn’t use the font usually used by Samsung, which most likely makes this a fake device.
