Samsung is looking to launch its Galaxy Watch 2 and Galaxy tab S5 sometime in the third quarter, which runs from July till September. But with the Galaxy Note 10 launch lined up perfectly within the quarter on August 7, will we see these devices being released alongside the Note 10?
Samsung Galaxy Watch 2
Just yesterday, schedules of the upcoming events for Samsung were leaked by CashKaro. The leaks suggest a successor to the 2018’s Galaxy Watch. While we were waiting to hear about the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2, the South Korean tech giant had different plans to launch the new Galaxy Watch 2, which comes out in 40mm and 44mm. It turns out the rumoured Active 2 was actually the new Galaxy Watch 2.
Rumours suggest the Watch 2 will be a feature-packed device with ECG functionality, fall detection and body composition measurement, to name a few features.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5
The tablet lineup schedule was leaked together with the wearable lineup schedule. It suggests Samsung’s plan to also launch the Galaxy Tab S5 as a successor to the Galaxy Tab S4. Its apparently speculated to sport a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 chipset with at least 6GB RAM and abundant storage.
According to the leaked schedule, we will also be getting a Galaxy Tab Active 3 and Galaxy Book 3. The Active counterpart as always is going to be rugged devices aimed at specific businesses. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Book is going to be a Qualcomm-powered Windows 10 device.
