Snapchat becomes an insta/live social media phenomenon. Instagram follows suit. And now WhatsApp?
WhatsApp seems to be testing out a story feature similar to that of Snapchat and Instagram on the app’s beta version. Multiple sources have confirmed the same.

Facebook as well as Facebook-owned Instagram and Messenger have been through a spree of updates this year. The latest update to WhatsApp will bring along the Status tab where you can leave pictures and videos, which last for 24 hours.

According to Mark Zuckerberg, Instagram Stories, which was announced in August this year, has more than a 100 million daily active users. Facebook has been focusing on moving towards video content for a while now, but isn’t this a bit much Facebook?
