Meraas, a Dubai-based holding company, is soon becoming everyone’s favourite … um…holding company in the country.
Meraas has announced the launch of Hub Zero, an immersive entertainment park created in association with game developers including Electronic Arts, Capcom, KONAMI, Microsoft and Square Enix.
We’re not making this up.
Hub Zero: What’s inside?
The indoor entertainment destination will comprise a total of 18 attractions, rides and experiential zones, with a substantial number exclusively developed for Hub Zero. Several rides will be powered by artificial intelligence and feature real-time engines to provide an interactive and non-predictive gaming experience.
Spread over an area of about 15,000 square metres on two floors, Hub Zero will also feature an extensive e-Sports LAN gaming zone and a children’s play area. The park will also have three event rooms for private events.
If that’s not enough, there will also be a wide range Hub Zero and video game merchandise on sale and a collection of restaurants to ensure that. You. Never. Leave.
Hub Zero will be located in the heart of the city at City Walk and is scheduled to open this summer. Exact dates haven’t been released, but rest assured we’ll let you guys know as soon as we do.
