Facebook’s 360 photos

Facebook is bringing about a flurry of new changes to its platform. In order to maintain its status on top of other Social Media Platforms, Facebook is looking for more and more ways to allow its users to express themselves on the website.

One of the coolest new additions to the platform is the introduction of 360 degree photo viewing. Facebook 360, as it is called enables users to upload stitched panoramas and photospheres onto Facebook and lets other users view them as well in all its glory.

Currently the feature of posting such photos is only available on Samsung Galaxy devices and iOS phones, but it should roll out to other devices in due time.

The other new feature Facebook introduced is letting users comment using videos. That’s all that there is to it. It adds to the already large arsenal of ways to comment including emojis, gifs, photos, links and regular text.
