Huawei’s flagship smartphones are being launched at an event in Paris on March 27 but that didn’t stop the company from making a splash in Barcelona this year. During an event earlier today, the company launched its answer to Apple’s Macbook Pro: the MateBook X Pro.

Huawei MateBook X Pro: Display
The main feature at the show was the laptop’s gorgeous display with its unique resolution and bezels (or lack thereof).
The MateBook X Pro comes with a 13.9-inch display with a screen aspect ratio of 3:2 and a resolution of 3,000×2,000. The bezels on the laptop are so slim that they enable the device to have a 91 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
Huawei MateBook X Pro: Power packed
Inside the MateBook X Pro you will find 8th generation i5 or i7 processors that are backed up by the Nvidia GeForce MX150 GPU. You also get two USB-C ports and an original USB-A port.
The power button on the device also doubles as a fingerprint sensor.
Huawei says that the battery life on the new MateBook X Pro will be around 14 hours. The laptop weighs just 1.33kg and will comes in space grey and mystic silver.
