Bang & Olufsen’s Beosound Stage is its first soundbar that brings its rich and powerful signature sound to any TV. It is crafted with the ambition of creating a deep and powerful soundbar. But above all, it is for everyone who wants an immersive cinematic experience from a single speaker.
Created for home
The Beosound Stage is designed in collaboration with Danish studio NORM Architects. It is in line with Bang & Olufsen’s design strategy to humanise technology. The company wants to create meaningful products that integrate beautifully into the home using simple geometric shapes and natural materials.
Furthermore, the soundbar’s focal point is its simple, elegant frame, which is available in natural aluminium, bronze tone aluminium or smoked oak. It runs all around the speaker and houses a seamless sensory control panel.
Matching your mood
The soundbar comes with different listening modes, which are optimised according to what you are listening to. Therefore, you can select from five different modes including TV, music, movie, night listening or none.
After selecting your preferred mode, you can fine-tune the sound precisely to your taste. In other words, this works through ToneTouch, Bang & Olufsen’s playful and intuitive equalizer. You can feel your way through the sound settings and find the one that bests your preference.
The Beosound Stage is compatible with the leading streaming technologies available today. Chromecast is built-in whereas Apple Airplay 2 and Bluetooth are also accessible. You can access these even when the TV is inactive, offering multi-room functionality. Furthermore, this combined with the speaker’s Dolby Atmos gives the audio a three-dimensional effect.
Pricing and availability
Bang & Olufsen’s soundbar is available globally from late fall. The Beosound Stage aluminium and bronze tone variants are available online and in Bang & Olufsen stores for €1,500 (about Dh6,068). The smoked oak variant is available in Bang & Olufsen stores exclusively for €2,250.
