This has got to be one of the neatest summer initiatives by Careem so far. They have launched in partnership with Battmobile to provide roadside assistance to those who need it.
How to Use the Service
The service will be available from the app directly and users will be able to use the service 24/7. Whether you’ve got a flat tyre, or your battery has died and even if you’ve run out of fuel, the service will have you taken care off.
Just click on ‘Car Services’ in the Careem app and they’ll send you help. Users will be able to track the service vehicle via the app as well.
Price and availability
The service will charge Dh75, and any additional services will be charged to the customer directly. Payment can be made via card or cash directly to Battmobile. As of now, the service is available only in Dubai, but there might be a chance it’ll open up to the other Emirates it operates in.
